Big support for childs play…
by Staff Writer
New playground equipment in Tecumseh’s McAuliffe Park is ready for fun thanks to Saturn of Canada and Gus Revenberg sharing half of the cost of this $40,000 system that was recently installed. Saturn has been helping municipalities to provide playground equipment for 12 years now, as part of their annual Saturn Reunion commitment to give back to the community. This is the second such project for the Town of Tecumseh. The first is in front of Tecumseh Arena. Saturn has already committed next year’s project to the Town of tecumseh as well.

As for other parks in Town that received new up-to-date play equipment this year, The Town of Tecumseh spent $90,000 to provide equipment for Weston, Century and Little River parks. Little River Park received a duplicate system to the one at McAuliffe.
